Develop tools and trackers to monitor Cash on Delivery transactions efficiently.
Support in reconciling and reporting Cash on Delivery payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide proactive assistance to the Fleet team in resolving Cash on Delivery issues, addressing concerns promptly to minimize disruptions to operations and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Shopee Finance department to facilitate Cash on Delivery remittance processes and effectively address any Cash on Delivery-related concerns or discrepancies.
Execute any additional tasks assigned by supervisors as needed as a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
Requirements :
Minimum a Diploma in Finance or Accounting related fields
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of reconcile or in a related area
Experience in handling accounts payable and receivable is an added advantage
Ability to multitask and prioritization in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
