: Responsible for the daily operations - sortation warehouse management, and worker / shift management Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams are running smoothly Ensure that the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards Carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output & attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement Requirements: Experience in operational level from warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, fast moving good or related industries. Strong leadership, people management and problem solving skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders Diploma in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines are preferred. Others with transferable skillsets are welcomed to apply. Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days) Working location: Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
