: Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receiving, sorting and outbound Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team Requirements: Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days) Working location : Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
