Castlery is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our E-Commerce TeamThis newly created role is a high-impact opportunity within our E-Commerce Team. As the Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Castlery's e-commerce growth efforts across the US. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and that customers have an exceptional experience with us.If you're keen on creating a space for people to thrive both personally and professionally and excel when working with high levels of autonomy and psychological safety, reach out!:

• Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners, manage KPI expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor, supervise, and execute the order management system.
• Reduce order turn time by managing scheduling platforms to ensure orders are scheduled and delivered promptly.
• Address customer inquiries and facilitate order change requests.
• Monitor, report, and improve logistics KPIs.
• Provide clear instructions and feedback to third-party delivery partners on objective and subjective KPIs.
• Perform zero-error bill verification while driving financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization.
• Offer direct input on user tools and recommend improvements for process streamlining.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and e-commerce backgrounds is a plus.
• Meticulous attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers.
• Independent, self-driven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
