Finance / Rtr Korean Speaker

Job Description
This role will primarily focus on the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for Korea market.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Process journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and intercompany transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Korean (business proficiency), with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or RTR processes is preferred.
- Junior-level candidates (fresh graduates) are also welcome to apply, as long as they can speak, read, and write in Korean.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Experience in a Finance Shared Services environment is a plus.
