This role will be responsible in supporting in setting up a new legal entity and day to day activities especially for intercompany\xe2\x80\x99s cross charging. This role involves ensuring cross-charging mechanisms in place, adhering to transfer pricing regulations, and creating accurate forecasts. The Finance Analyst also mitigates risks, maintains meticulous documentation, and collaborates with various stakeholders to achieve transparent, compliant, and strategically aligned financial operations.

• Assist in inter-companies cross charging (i.e Setting up SLAs, simulations of inter-companies cross charging, and analyse actual results against budgets on a timely basis)

• Assist in the finance related functions for setting up of new legal entity (i.e Provide support in finance-related tasks during the establishment of new legal entities. This includes supports in the implementation of relevant accounting & finance systems, creating applicable finance policies to align with internal controls, accounting standards, and tax regulations.)

• Attends to other business functions queries to provide data and/or financial analysis (i.e establish a standardized reports on cost center spending and analysing the cost structure. etc)

• Assist in developing the relevant budgets, financial reports and cost planning/report trackers/template

• Manage ad-hoc accounting functions and assignment when required

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline. Professional qualification will be of added advantage

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar field

• Have knowledge of local statutory reporting, tax, transfer pricing related experience

• Experience with SAP & system migration will be an added advantage

• Excellent accounting & Tax knowledge

• Excellent knowledge in MS office software (Word & Excel)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Malay)

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time, whether working independently or as part of a team
