Job Responsibilities : To prepare and monitor channel reconciliation to prepare and update channel recon to prepare and update channel working file to prepare and update channel collection file to prepare and update all entity bank book and dealing with bank with all the query and issue to check and proceed refund if any to liase with operation with checking txn time on time to liase with channel partner with txn issue time on time to rotate standby on weekend / PH when necessary to assist on settlement team to check unreconciled txn status to assist on onboarding new channel (checking report, monitor refund, checking portal etc) to proceed and monitor on chargeback cases if any to assist to figure or improvement on automation on channel recon flow to check and monitoring on channel MDR charges to daily issue cash invoice / merchant sign up or renewal invoices & TH channel invoice monthly generate SOA and follow up the outstanding status with operation teams monthly follow up those unknown deposit with operation teams time on time follow up email query and revert email query on time to verify payment received from merchant renewal to assist and follow up closely any add hoc case / incidents case accordingly to involve in month end closing support other teams member Pre-Requisites : Candidate possesses at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): MS Office. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Have handled full sets of accounts, AP/AR Experience in regional S.E.A taxation will be advantageous. Well versed in accounting software and Excel software. Fast learner and can work and handle pressure well Applicants must be willing to work in I-CITY SHAH ALAM.
