About The Role Responsible for preparation of management report and financial statement under MFRS 17 Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for preparation of management report / financial highlights for AIA PUBLIC\'s Senior Management Team and respective Board / Audit / Shariah committees as and when required. Perform detail analysis in Financial Highlight to give better financial insight to Finance/Management e.g claims analysis by product, channel\'s profitability and liaise with respective counterparts to ensure all queries from Finance Director / management are timely attended Prepare monthly/quarterly actual profit after tax & forecast Preparation of ILP annual report and liaising and engaging with respective counterparts to ensure completion To prepare financial statement including disclosures and analysis of financial results and outputs To drive / lead automation process for monthly / quarterly/ yearly reporting including the disclosure notes Minimum Job Requirements A recognized Degree in Accounting or Professional Accountancy Qualification, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Prior working experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantag Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Analytical and good problem solving skills.
