About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME)

with strong knowledge of

Finance

and local regulatory requirementspreferably in

Healthcare Industry

. This role will support finance-related initiatives, provide subject matter expertise to projects, and ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the subject matter expert in

finance processes

, policies, and compliance. Provide expertise on

local financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements

. Partner with business stakeholders to review, improve, and streamline finance processes. Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management activities. Provide insights and recommendations on healthcare financial models, cost allocation, and reimbursement frameworks. Review financial data for accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives and projects. Deliver guidance and training to internal teams on finance best practices and regulatory updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA are a plus).

5-10 years of experience in finance

, with a strong background in the

healthcare industry

. In-depth knowledge of

local financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards

. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and provide clear financial insights.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM9,950.75 - RM11,628.12 per month
