Responsibilities

Manage complex daily accounting and operational activities Analyze and review data to determine appropriate balances and activities Identify risks and propose mitigation controls Perform and review month-end close activities, including journal entries Prepare and present monthly account reconciliations, close analytics, variance analysis, and ad hoc reports Review legal agreements as applicable Manage internal and external audits Maintain expertise and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and SOX controls Provide guidance and training to internal customers and peers Lead process improvement and automation initiatives Support internal and external stakeholders Present information to Finance Management Proactively highlight financial data challenges and address risks Perform other tasks as assigned
Skills & Competencies

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills SAP experience preferred Experience with Blackline, Model N, Ariba, and Concur Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment Ability to think broadly and connect complex matters Ability to manage change collaboratively
Education & Experience

Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or Degree in Accounting/Finance Shared service or audit experience preferred

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
