• Manage company fixed assets to ensure they are capitalized to comply with accounting standards and company policy and ensure correct depreciation rates are applied.
• Review company depreciation expense and fixed asset related journals for the monthly financial statements.
• Prepare Fixed Asset monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate of variances.
• Report monthly Capex spending variance analysis against budget.
• Ensure accounting is completed in line with timetable requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial reporting as required.

What youxe2x80x99ll need to succeed

• Part-qualified or qualified by experience in financial accounting.
• Strong track record in financial/management reporting.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and general ledger processes.
• Experience with project accounting and information systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
