Job Description
- Position: Financial Accountant.
- Salary: RM 6000-7000.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur;Cheras-5-day week.
Our client is a boutique property development and building group. They are looking restructure the Finance team and create a senior executive position to assist in financial planning and reporting. Reporting to Finance Manager, as Accountant you will play an integral part of a high performing finance team. Your key focus will be around accurate reporting of financial results. Your key tasks will include:
- Manage the month end process ensuring all postings, reconciliations and analysis is complete within deadlines.
- Manage the Group capital expenditure process including cash forecasts, capitalization and post implementation reviews.
- Manage the fixed register including Capitalization, Audits, disposals and period Valuation reviews.
- Manage all routine tax calculations and reporting.
Candidate applying for this position must possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/CIMA. He/she will have a minimum 3-5 years post-graduate experience, ideally gained within construction/building environment or working with a mid level accounting form with some exposure to building and property industry. The position will be based at Cheras area in Kuala Lumpur and it is important to note that candidate must find it convenient to work in the location.
