Featured Financial Accounting System Analyst - SAP FICO : Facilitate IT projects for the Group and APAC branches, ensuring successful execution. Understand business functions, analyze user requirements, define project scopes, and build consensus with users (Create \'Project Management Plan\'). Lead the analysis and scoping of data sourcing, functional enhancements, and application design, obtaining user agreements. Obtain commitments from stakeholders, create project plans, and manage project change management. Develop project schedules, activity lists, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Communicate key project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements, QA plans, schedules, and scope changes. Coordinate User Acceptance Tests with users and collaborate with vendors for necessary test environments and support functional testing. Produce Deployment, Run Books, and Implementation Plans. Prepare documents to facilitate and deliver projects, such as release checklists and UAT results. Communicate project details and schedules to the business as required. Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities, executing deployment plans and checklists. Ensure the delivery of assigned projects meets or exceeds user expectations. Review post-implementation issues arising from project implementation. Manage risks and resolve issues for assigned production incidents. Coordinate work between different team members and developer resources, managing relationships effectively. Understand the impacts of branches and code merges arising from conflicting projects, change requests, and production incident fixes. Supervise developer resources\' work closely, ensuring adherence to quality coding practices and processes. Continuously work towards improving the FA team\'s processes. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-10 years of prior project management experience, with exposure to project management best practices, methodologies, and project lifecycle. 5-10 years of experience supporting SAP ECC6 environment from a functional perspective, with a solid understanding of core Finance modules such as Finance and Controlling (FICO) (including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), and Internal Order Management (CO-IO); and Budget Control System (BCS). Working knowledge of Material Management (MM), Workflow Management functionalities, Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), and Asset Accounting (AA) is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language, Control-M schedule, and JIRA issue management tool is preferred.
