Kind Kones is an all-natural plant-based ice cream brand. Our ice creams are vegan and free from dairy, egg, refined sugar, and other artificial additives with mostly gluten-free options. We currently have 6 outlets and retails presence in Singapore-Malaysia. We have recently shifted operations in Johor and need this role for there. We are looking for a meticulous, finance-oriented individual to join our rapidly expanding team! The primary areas of focus for this job are: Financial planning Develop and maintain P&L budget and forecast and work with CEO and COO for that. Meet business objectives with good forecast planning Reporting and Analysis Prepares month-end pre-close of both financial data and business KPI for CFO review Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, and actuals P&L and Balance Sheet management Track and control the budgets for CAPEX and overhead expenses for the Countries & BU. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for each business unit and countries Deep dive analysis on financial and KPI and propose improvement of business Projects and Business Cases Support for the fundraising process and Investors Relations Partner Countries & BU management on specific projects Drive FP&A process improvement initiatives Qualifications and Skill You are a Malaysian or PR. Bachelor\'s/Master Degree, preferably in Finance At least 2 year working experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role Must be able to manage the Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management. Experience in Quickbooks online is a must Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills You have a desire to work with others and be part of a team Team player who can work independently Compensation RM 7000-8000/month + Bonus + Discount on products.
