As our Financial Analyst, who will specialize in FP&A, you'll be the strategic finance partner who turns data into actionable plans. You'll own budgeting and forecasting, analyze performance trends, and provide clear recommendations that shape our retail operations across Malaysia and Singapore. The role's scope may expand to cover SEA. Your work will influence everything from sales and marketing strategies to operational improvements and new projects.
Financial Analyst, Malaysia & Singapore
What you'll do:

• Own the financial planning cycles for Malaysia and Singapore, including annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes. The role's scope may expand to cover SEA.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis (e.g., OPEX vs. budget/prior year) and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to assess financial results and prepare key reports (SP&O, ML).
• Investigate operational improvements and recommend changes to policies, processes, or tools.
• Prepare insightful reports and dashboards for management and regional stakeholders.
• Build feasibility studies for new projects and provide data-driven recommendations for management decisions.
• Act as SAP coordinator, driving reporting enhancements and resolving system issues.
• Ensure all reporting deadlines for budgets, forecasts, audits, and analysis are met.
• Support the Finance Director SG/MY with special projects and process improvements.

Your ideal Profile:

• 5-8 years' experience in FP&A within the retail industry is essential (apparel/fashion preferred).
• CFA or CPA qualification.
• Expertise in SAP and BW; advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, business-friendly way. Confidence in partnering with senior management (eg Commercial Director, CFO, etc).
• A proactive mindset and passion for driving business performance.
