For more information, click here .Role reports to: Finance Manager, APAC SC FP&ALocation: Philippines or MalaysiaTravel %: 5%What you will doThe Finance Analyst, SC FP&A is responsible for performing financial, accounting or planning activities using general project or departmental guidelines and procedures in support of various financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditures programs, financial planning and consolidations. You will review and analyze financial studies and surveys to ensure best practices are in place for operations, and provide planning support and financial expertise for business decisions:Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly close activities including analysis and reporting

• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement

• Prepare and present financial reports to leadership

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and forecasting.

• Conduct regular reviews of financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.

What we are looking forRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements

Desired Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP
