We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Financial Controller

to oversee all hotel accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain strong internal controls, and provide management with accurate financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting and financial control functions of the hotel. Supervise and guide the Accounting Department team. Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Prepare monthly management report Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and insurance providers. Ensure effective cash flow management, including disbursements, deposits, and collections. Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support management with financial analysis, reports, and policy recommendations. Develop and conduct training for accounting and operational staff. Identify and groom potential staff for promotion or internal transfer.
Job Requirement :

Degree in Accounting/Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ASCPA or MICPA and member of a professional Accounting Body with at least five (5) years working experience in similar capacity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
