Manage and oversee financial operations across the group and related companies.
Prepare group consolidation account and review financial performance across all entities.
Provide analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Ensure timely monthly and annual financial closings and reporting.
Responsible for the core finance functions including Statutory and Management Reporting, Financial
Planning and Analysis, Taxation, Compliance and Treasury.
Oversee financial, accounting, and internal control functions to ensure compliance with accounting Standards.
Responsible for validating Monthly Payroll's accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts, group consolidation of accounts, and statutory financial reports.
Finalize and ensure timely filing of audited financial statements, tax returns, and other statutory financial reports.
Oversees and supervise daily operational activities of the Finance Department.
Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations process and ensuring they are completed, and all reconciling items appropriately addressed in a timely manner for review.
Manage all aspects of income tax, SST, and other tax compliance.
Collaborate with other department heads to identify, measure, and manage organizational risks to enhance performance.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/ management.
