You will be reporting directly to the Finance Controller and Director. You will be responsible for providing financial operations, financial administrative assistance, and support project teams. Tasks include is a mix of accounting, budgeting, and administrative support.
Your Responsibilities
Support Financial Administration
:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis.
Manage and organize project quality records, test results, and certificates of compliance.
Collaborate with the finance team in forecasting and preparing financial models.
Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets
Documentation & Bookkeeping:
Keep financial records current and follow company rules and laws.
Organize and store past financial data for audits and future use.
Finance Administrative Payments:
Process claims accurately and on time.
Handle incoming and outgoing invoices.
Make sure payments are made and received on time
Finance Administrative Tasks
Schedule meetings and appointments (if required)
Assist to prepare financial reporting.
Support buying processes and manage vendors.
Work with auditors and banks.
Keep track of contracts and financial documents.
Compliance & Support
Ensure adherence to company and laws are followed.
Support the project team with admin tasks as needed.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Min 5 years of Accounting / Financial role.
