• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and ensuring the efficient execution of all financial tasks.
• Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget, conducting variance analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Conduct financial forecasts and participate in the strategic planning process, providing insights to inform business decisions.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, debt and capital structure optimization, and risk management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management, providing clear and concise financial information and analysis.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related professional qualification. Those with Master Degree will have added advantage;
• Minimum 8 years related experience in similar field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with experience holding financial controller / management role will have an added advantage;
• Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements & project accounting;
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen;
• Candidate possesses sound knowledge of manufacturing financial operations will have an added advantage;
• Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate and develops others;
• Aggressive, visionary and willing to take calculated risk for dynamic business growth;
• Attentive to details, alert and capable of identifying business growth & cost saving opportunity as well as process improvement alternative;
• Strong understanding of latest accounting standard;
• Strong reporting and organisational skills.
