Requirement

Professional accounting qualification or graduate with a business degree or equivalent. Minimum 10 years successful track record at a managerial level and related experiences. Analytical, meticulous with an eye for details. Excellent and proven problem-solving skills Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations Excellent communications skill for both English and Bahasa written and verbal. Must have preferably working knowledge of Accounting and Hotel System SUN, OPERA and MC. Able to work under pressure Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for the financial operation of the hotel and oversees all administrative aspects and works within the guidelines of policies and procedures and local authority requirement.

2) Delegates and assign duties and responsibilities to immediate subordinates and establishes department goals.

3) Plans, organizes and controls company's financial activities and liaises with other department heads in attaining both department and company's objectives.

4) Generate financial plans and to prepare the necessary company financial reports.

5) Attend to operational and administrative work issues.

6) Set the standards for quality financial and administrative work of company.

7) Interact with legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government, banks and other outside consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
