About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team at Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih. As a full-time Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategic planning for the company. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the success of our business.

Job Responsibilities :

-Manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
-Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
-Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as cash flow management
-Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
-Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and development opportunities
-Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with the overall business strategy
-Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Job Requirements :

-Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)
-Extensive knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting
-Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
-Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
-Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
-Experience in the Accounting industry and a Financial Managers & Controllers role in Manufacturing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
