You Will
Act as a lead in Malaysia to oversee the team in Malaysia responsible for chargebacks, disputes, refunds and other financial operations processes
Develop, optimize and update operational processes to drive efficiency
Maintain and update operations dashboards and tracking systems to monitor performance
Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to achieve smooth operations and improve user experience
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience. Experience in the financial industry or fintech sector is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and guide others toward achieving shared goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments.
Critical and logical thinking skills -- able to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose structured, practical solutions.
High level of integrity and work ethic; capable of managing confidential data with professionalism.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with an open mind and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
