About our client:
Our client is a renowned corporation in the consumer manufacturing industry. They are looking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager, who will be responsible for financial analytics and costing matters for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company, with succession planning in place. This role will be supporting and reporting directly to CFO, based in Puncak Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for producing management reports to management team and other external stakeholders.
• In charge of monthly financial analysis to identify areas where profitability and costs can be improved.
• Actively participate in forecast and budgeting processes.
• Suggest any process improvement or AI intelligence tools whenever necessary.
• Perform pricing and profitability analysis on each business units and any marketing programme or events.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure SOPs and internal controls are in place and practiced.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess at least a degree in accounting or Professional Qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience with solid understanding of the manufacturing areas and financial analytics.
• Career foundation in a Big 4 firm and knowledge in PowerBI is an added advantage.
• Individuals with good business acumen, tech savvy, ambitious and motivated are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
