Support daily Financial Reporting transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
Process accounting entries, fixed assets, master data maintenance, reconciliations, and account clearing.
Perform analytical reviews on P&L and balance sheet, including trend and posting checks.
Prepare month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and statutory reports for Asia Pacific entities (group, management, statutory, and audit/tax schedules).
Resolve Financial Reporting issues by liaising with stakeholders.
Participate in working groups and provide backup support when required.
Support audit requests and ensure documentation complies with company policies, FRC requirements, and local regulations.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Support system enhancements, internal controls, and project initiatives.
Maintain training materials and update procedures.
Share knowledge, support team members, and contribute to issue logs.
Work with company counterparts, auditors, consultants, Corporate Finance, and Global Financial Reporting teams.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional accounting certification is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years in Financial Reporting or related accounting roles (strong juniors considered).
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
Shared service or MNC experience is an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of Financial Reporting and accounting processes.
Proficient in MS Office and English (additional languages a plus).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
