Reporting Finance Analyst (contract)
Job Description
As a Reporting Financial Analyst within the Global Finance Controllership Team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to strong internal controls. You will support centralized finance operations by preparing journal entries, conducting account reviews, and assessing foreign currency exposures. A critical aspect of this role is reconciling financial reports across multiple systems, identifying the root causes of variances, and driving corrective measures. You will also contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency while working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting while complying with internal control standards and regulatory guidelines. Reconcile data across various financial systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective resolutions. Prepare and post manual journal entries and maintain relevant accounts in line with approved account write-ups. Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses of key account movements and components. Assist the treasury team in evaluating foreign currency exposures and support hedging-related decisions. Monitor, track, and complete tasks assigned within broader Global Finance Organization functions. Promote process optimization and operational excellence across the finance organization. Partner with internal teams to support centralized reporting and financial activities. Perform additional closing and reporting duties as assigned by the team lead.
