It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Programme OverviewThe Financial Sector Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) is a 3 + 9-month intensive graduate training programme, in collaboration with Asian Banking School (ABS), designed to equip talent with the right skills and knowledge for their transition into the financial services industry. There are two intakes per year, and we are now open for September intake registration.The first three months of the programme, trainees will join classroom training with Asian Banking School (ABS) (Click here to find out more details about the training ). The remaining nine months, trainees will be attached to respective departments with the opportunity to be absorbed as a permanent employee after the programme ends. In line with our long-term career development programme, UOB Malaysia is committed to recruiting and developing a team of trainees who will be coached to excel within the bank.For September 2024 intake, we are hiring FSTEP Trainees for the following functions:

• Human Resources
• Technology & Operations
• Finance & Corporate Services
• Channels & Digitalisation
• Retail Banking (Personal Financial Services)
• Global Markets
• Wholesale Banking
• Commercial Banking

What we look for in a UOB FSTEP Trainee:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience.
• Fluency in English, good communication skills, adaptable, dedicated and independent.
• Commitment (trainees will be bonded under contract for one year).
