- To promote and professionally sell a wide range of Bancassurance products to the Bank\'s Affluent Segment customers i.e. existing and NTB
- To provide professional advice on appropriate financial products based on customer\'s need
- To ensure customer\'s satisfaction and to provide excellent after sales service
- To plan and to implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products
- To act promptly on all leads and follow up activities
- To acquire good knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market
- To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target
- Candidate must possess minimum qualification of Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Study or its equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in insurance sales
- Results oriented ad passionate in sales with proven track record
- Fully certified with PCE Life, CEILI & TBE
- Possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to deliver high quality of customer service to external & internal customers
- Possess good interpersonal skill and able to actively interact with all level of customers
