Job Title: Financial Service Consultant (FSC)

Job Title of Direct Superior : Branch ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesTo promote and professionally sell a wide range of Bancassurance life insurance products to the Bank\'s existing and potential customers.
To provide professional advice and on appropriate financial products based on customer need.
To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service.
To plan and implement sales activities related to Bancassurance products.
To act promptly on all leads and follow-up activities.
To acquire good knowledge of Bancassurance products in the market.
To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the branch target.
Manage sales pipeline by participating in sales management routines
Keeping abreast with accurate and updated information on products, services etc.
Participate in CPD activities to increase knowledge and skills.
Update branch managers on status of activities and any issues when necessary.
To actively market and sell Sunlife products to all customer.
To actively involved in cross-product sales activities of to ensure optimal customer reach, product exposure and effective operations that optimize delivery to customer.
Ensuring successfulness of all relevant sales campaign.
Handles customer inquiries diligently, resolve of escalate the necessary to the relevant parties.
Refer customer to the relevant officer\'s sales person for other products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the respective parties where necessary.
Develop and build long term business relationship with customers.
To ensure the completeness and accurateness of customer\'s documents and information for sales execution and submission
To perform housekeeping on business documentation efficiently. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.
To submit the necessary to the relevant parties and follow-up timely manner.
To strictly comply with the CIMB Bank\'s policies and procedures including credit control procedures, audit compliance, BNM Guidelines etc.
To comply with sales code of ethics and governance
To response to compliance inquiries both from vertical and horizontals as well as audit etc.
Qualification *Note : The qualification indicated are the ideal requirements for the position. Exceptions may apply internally promoted staff based on performance
1.University Degree (preferably in business or accounting)*
2. Diploma with 3 years relevant banking experience may be considered
*Graduates and diploma holders are required to have a minimum of 4 credits in SPM
Experience : 2- 3 years banking / sales and marketing experience is preferable Fresh graduates may be considered.Competencies/Skills1. Good networking, proactive with strong sales drive, result oriented
2. Ability to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is preferable but optional
3. Good business etiquette and image
4. Relevant computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office & etc.
