3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess positive attitude, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet the tight deadline.
Able to work independently with less supervisory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Able to handle full set of accounts.
Verify accounting transactions and input to the accounting system.
Suppliers statement of accounts payable, invoice verification, petty cash, and employee reimbursement verification and payment.
Responsible for liaising with tax agent, auditor, bank officer, and other authority bodies as necessary.
Monthly management report or other relevant reports and Filing Management.
Ad-hoc task assigned not limited to Warehouse Management, HR, and General Admin when needed.
