Job Description


  • 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Languages(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess positive attitude, meticulous, able to work independently with minimal supervision and to meet the tight deadline.
  • Able to work independently with less supervisory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Verify accounting transactions and input to the accounting system.
  • Suppliers statement of accounts payable, invoice verification, petty cash, and employee reimbursement verification and payment.
  • Responsible for liaising with tax agent, auditor, bank officer, and other authority bodies as necessary.
  • Monthly management report or other relevant reports and Filing Management.
  • Ad-hoc task assigned not limited to Warehouse Management, HR, and General Admin when needed.
