Qualification:
1. Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree on the Accounting/Finance, General/Cost Accounting. 2. Major Bachelor\' Degree in Finance / Muamalat. 3. Advantage experience in bank/ financial industry.
DUTIES & RESPONBILITES : 1) To carry out administrative works related to financing i.e. updating system, record
all financing application, maintain proper tagging and filing, etc.
2) Attending new and existing cooperatives applied for financing.
3) Marketing and sourcing out for cooperatives business financing applications via
giving talk or open booth. Assist to promote membership, investment, and other
product under KOSPYA.
4) Processing fresh and additional financing applications via report writing and
responsible for accounts and portfolio management.
5) Monitoring the whole process flow of operations from financing origination,
approval, acceptance and disbursement/release.
6) Monitoring all deliverables by meeting KOPSYA\xe2\x80\x99s compliance requirements.
7) Liaising and maintaining relationship with various parties i.e. solicitors, property
valuers etc.
8) Ability to assess financial analysis based on financial statements and audited
accounts to determine financial standing and repayment capability of customers.
9) Responsible in identifying internal factors influencing the business including
management competencies. External factors such as the market, economic
condition, trends in demand, government policies etc. Addressing key issues and
identifying risks involved as well as risk mitigation in credit paper.
10) Conducting yearly reviews on existing accounts. Providing recommendations
including continuation of financing and restructuring of loans if necessary.
11) Attending to ad-hoc requests from clients.
12) Ensuring compliance of terms and conditions as well as prompt repayment of
loans.
13) Provide assistant to other colleague with regards to any financing procedure and
documentation i.e. CTS, Takaful, Cooperative Musyarakah transaction,
disbursement and collection.
