Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze infrastructure usage and identify cost-optimization opportunities across on-prem and cloud environments. Develop financial models to forecast infrastructure costs and track spend against budgets. Monitor infrastructure spend in real time, ensuring cost transparency and financial accountability. Optimize resource utilization to prevent over- and under-provisioning. Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate cost trends, anomalies, and savings. Drive FinOps best practices and promote a cost-conscious, data-driven culture. Collaborate with finance, engineering, and business teams on cost-impact decisions. Identify infrastructure waste and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong experience in infrastructure cost optimization and FinOps practices. Financial analysis, budgeting, and cost forecasting skills. Ability to interpret infrastructure usage and spending data. Experience with cost reporting, dashboards, and financial transparency. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Knowledge of cloud and on-prem infrastructure resource management. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with effective time management.
