First Article Technician / Engineer
Job Description
1. To perform FA (First Article) inspection for all new product, whether from new tooling,
2. transferred tooling or replacement tooling and prepare tool report.
3. To work closely with engineers in new product development drawings.
4. To ensure FA schedules for monitoring on monthly and weekly activities to ensure on time FA sample submission to PDE
5. To work closely with engineers in new product development drawings
6. To develop/monitor/ maintain CMM program and checking method using various inspection equipment.
7. Able to use CAD software to confirm part drawing details.
8. To work closely with engineers in problem analysis for new FA parts
9. To prepare FA schedules for monitoring on monthly and weekly activities
10. To prepare FA reports after FA measuring completes
11. To support for measuring calibration for fixtures by using CMM
12. To perform any other jobs or duties as and when required by superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
