> Be the head coach - inspire, guide, and manage your team of trainers.
> Hit those club fitness goals and budgets like a champ.
> Build a strong, fully staffed team (and keep the energy high!).
> Coach, mentor, and track your team's progress.
> Connect with members and deliver top-notch service.
> Drive business growth while keeping fun at the core.
What We're Looking For
> 2+ years in the fitness industry (leading a PT team is a big plus!).
> A proven fitness pro with leadership skills that inspire.
> Solid fitness knowledge + tech-savvy with club systems.
> Strong communicator and motivator at all levels.
> A natural coach who knows how to bring out the best in people.
