Your tasks

• Mold preparation as per TSL and bladder preparation as and when required from production planning.
• To conduct change, tooling preparation & maintenance on mold and bladder mould and bead Rings Cleaning & Re-venting .
• To assist & handle breakdown on molds and bead rings.
• Ensure good Reporting to SV.
• To conduct Mould Repair Work when needed.
• To perform week code / stamp changes on molds .
• To fill up FPI upon completion of mold change / bladder change.
• To fill up bladder change form upon completion and clamping force check.
• To do checklist as per instruction.
• To perform bladder change in the case of bladder weak, bladder leak, bladder mark.
• To ensure 5S before, during & after mold change activity.
• To support mold cleaning team for mold cleaning & inspection process at mold shop when needed.

Your profile

• Technical Certificate
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Manufacturing Mold / Tooling
