  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Fluent in both English and Malay, both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
  • On-site vehicle scheduling and arrangement at gateway sorting center
  • Coordinating with regional driver team
  • Real-time monitoring of regional truck.
  • Timely handling abnormal situations of vehicles, report to relevant units / department.
  • Communicating with gateway staff for smooth operations.
  • JMS Task Order / Vehicle seal checking.
  • Ensuring all the vehicles depart on time, arrive on time.
  • Daily report.
  • Other adhoc task given by superior.
