Job Description
Position: Fleet Data Analyst Tenure: 1 Year contract Renewable Basis/ Converted to Permanent Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3500 Working Hour: Standard Working Location: Damansara Height Job Responsibilities Executes flawless delivery operations consistent with Distribution Services requirements. Managing and coordinate with Hauler on daily orders planning for stations. Responsible to follow-up and communicating with Hauler to collect Delivery Note, Surat Kuasa & Delivery Ticket on daily basis. Responsible to check the data stated in the Delivery Ticket matching with Delivery Note & Surat Kuasa on daily basis. Responsible to check each Delivery Ticket volume is matching with SAP on daily basis. Responsible to communicate to Hauler for any diversion on product delivery. Responsible to communicate to Hauler for multi-load on product delivery. Responsible to check the truck is matching with assigned loads. Truck/Driver screening for Terminal Entry. Participate in Fleet\'s Weekly Meeting. To communicate immediately with Fleet Manager for any data discrepancy or anomaly. Any other tasks assigned by Fleet Manager. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree prefers in economy, science or engineering At least 1-3 years of working experience. Must have knowledge in SAP, Excel and invoices processing Have good knowledge in transportation and logistics Have good interpersonal skills
