What will you be engaged in?
As our Fleet Management Senior Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Fully own and manage the company\'s KPI for fleet management aspects.
• Manage vehicles from in-fleeting of the vehicle to de-fleeting, including Fleet Preparation and IOT installation, Inspection, Maintenance
• Manage teams of Fleet Examiners, Automotive Technicians, Mechanics, Maintenance Planners, and more
• Be in charge of the Fleet Maintenance KPIs and develop new metrics to track and manage performance improvement
• Optimise Total Cost of Ownership including in-fleeting, scheduled maintenance activities (including corrective maintenance, and more); identify, prioritise, and drive cost reduction initiatives
• Responsible for workshops and maintenance vendors sourcing, vendors management and scorecard based evaluation; deploy scalable processes to optimise vendors sourcing and selection; develop policies and capabilities to ensure a scalable and scientific evaluation of quotations aimed at optimising repair expenses
• Lead, develop, and groom the in-house maintenance capabilities to reduce maintenance cost and improve response time
• Facilitate daily standups and present Weekly KPIs, findings, and analyses during Weekly Operational Review
• Perform additional leadership assignments on a monthly basis

• Possess a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree
• Excellent leadership skills with 3 to 5 years experience in maintenance of the vehicles
• You are a fast learner who thrives in a fast-changing and demanding environment
• You are an organized and excellent in managing your tasks under pressure and with deadlines
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors
• Ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheet, Excel) and pivot tables
• Experience in maintenance scheduling and cost tracking
• Previous experience in maintenance vendors sourcing and developing vendors scorecard and evaluation
• Technical knowledge of automotive parts and repairing methods
