RESPONSIBILITY: 1. Control & monitor Company\'s ISO 9001:2015 implementation.
2. Control & monitor Company\'s Fuel consumption, Touch N Go usage and Autopass usage.
3. Control & monitor GPS system for vehicle monitoring and tracking.
4. Conduct Domestic Inquiry for any abuse in Fuel, Touch N Go and Autopass usage.
5. Control & monitor vehicles routine service, tyre replacement and movement of engine oil & rim.
6. Liaise with Internal Department, Supplier, Vendor or Government Agencies for any related services or product use.
7. Provide reports for all related expenses for each vehicles under operation or support vehicles and equipments.
8. Do analysis for Fuel, Touch\'n Go and Autopass consumption and provide correct information regarding related expenses occurred.
9. Provide monthly report (presentation) for Fleet Management Department in Monthly Management Meeting.
10. Practicing 5S in workplace, reports and filing. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
