What will you be engaged in?
As our Fleet Strategy Management Manager, you will be responsible for:

Supply Management

  • Establish strategies and plan for company\'s B2C fleet and cost management
  • Manage Operational cost and downtime by weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Improve Operation performance and align with topline projection
Strategy
  • Establish and planning operational items based on data analysis with Data managing team
  • Convert insight into relevant fleet management units and support execution of the strategy to achieve the company\'s KPI target
  • Downtime management
  • Cost management
  • Service excellence improvement
Product
  • Research for industry trends vehicle asset management
  • Planning new features to improve efficiency in fleet management
  • Own and manage projects for internal product improvement and new development
  • Introduce external solutions or services to improve productivity

  • Expert in commercial vehicle-related fleet management and operation
  • A better understanding of Car sharing business & operations

  • Critical thinker for identifying issues and Creative mover for troubleshooting
