We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Fleet Manager / Haulage Manager

to lead our fleet operations and ensure the efficiency, safety, and reliability of our transportation services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fleet management, logistics operations, and regulatory compliance within the haulage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily haulage and fleet operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Manage fleet utilization, routing, and scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Lead, supervise, and motivate drivers and operations staff. Monitor fleet maintenance, inspections, and repair schedules to minimize downtime. Implement and improve operational policies, procedures, and cost-saving measures. Prepare and analyze operational reports, providing insights for performance improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or haulage operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of road transport regulations, fleet maintenance, and safety compliance. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills.
