Job Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house operations and customer service.
Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and introduce menu items.
Be proficient with the ordering system and procedures for accurate order entry.
Assist in preparing simple food and beverages (e.g., cooking rice, making drinks).
Handle cashiering duties and daily cash reconciliation.
Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving issues.
Support daily ordering and replenishment of front-of-house supplies.
Coordinate communication between front and back-of-house to ensure smooth service flow.
Basic use of social media apps (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) to support brand promotion and marketing.
Requirements:
Prior experience in front-of-house, service, or cashiering is an advantage.
Proactive, with a strong service attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Able to work on a rotating shift schedule and cooperate within a team.
High performers will be eligible for accelerated promotion.
Training will be provided for those with less experience.
6 days a week (offday on Sat or Sun)
10am-10pm, 1 hour break, meal provided
OT provided if exceed 8 hours

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
