Responsible for front-of-house operations and customer service.
Greet and seat customers, introduce menu items, and provide assistance when needed.
Familiar with POS systems and ordering processes, ensuring accurate order entry.
Assist in preparing simple food and beverages (e.g., rice, drinks).
Handle cashiering and daily cash reconciliation.
Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving issues.
Help with daily ordering and replenishment of front-of-house supplies.
Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
Able to use basic social media apps (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok) to support brand promotion and store visibility.
