Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
Responsibilities
Manage the service of food and beverage outlets.
Regular liaison with Maintenance, ensuring maintenance requests is completed quickly focusing on guest needs as a priority.
Coordinate between Food & Beverage and Front Office to ensure that preparations for leisure events have been made.
Ensure that all staff are under your control and carry out their duties in accordance with the right SOP and standard.
Openly communicate with staff, ensuring regular briefings occur and all relevant information is passed on.
Ensure that strategies and practices are in place to facilitate the efficient and effective staffing of the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
Create a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department.
Incentives will be provided once the monthly target is achieved.
