Guide new hosts & assist beginners
Prepare scripts, product lists, and props
2. Live Room Management
Prepare and check all live rooms before each session
Ensure each room meets quality standards
Monitor room cleanliness & equipment readiness
3. Live Session Monitoring
Walk the floor to ensure hosts are on schedule
Provide immediate support (props, product issues)
Report performance issues to Assistant Manager
4. Inventory & Product Handling
Prepare product batches for live sessions
Manage product flow into each live room
Return, sort and report damaged/missing stock
5. Technical Assistance (Basic)
Adjust lighting
Camera settings
Sound checks
Fix simple wiring issues
Prepare backup equipment if needed
6. Enforcement of SOP & Discipline
Ensure hosts follow company guidelines
Check grooming standards
Ensure hosts follow schedule & room rules
Maintain overall order and cleanliness
