Supervise and lead the service team on the restaurant floor
Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Handle customer feedback professionally
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work discipline
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for efficient service flow
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B or hospitality
Good leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Pleasant personality and service-oriented
Basic English / Bahasa Malaysia required
