The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day levels, and assisting customers.
Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for operating the management of goods under one department following procedures of the Company.
To ensure FIFO sequence when stacking up the goods.
To monitor and feedback timely on the sales trend and customer purchase trend to the purchasing team.
To ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to the company's standard.
To ensure cleanliness of department area and store
Promotes professionalism of staff in the retail operation department
To guide and ensure the system for overall department activities is in good order
To assist in proving on-the-job training for new and existing staff when required
Deputies to manage store in the absence of Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager
Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly expired reports
