Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent is preferred.
• Passionate about flowers, crafts, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong sense of color coordination and attention to detail.
• Enjoys hands-on creative work such as DIY projects, styling, or wedding decor.
• No prior experience required - training will be provided.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (weekday off provided).

Responsibilities

• Design and arrange artificial flowers for door gifts, trays, and wedding setups.
• Creatively combine flowers with ribbons, lace, beads, and other accessories.
• Neatly pack floral arrangements for retail displays and customer orders
• Ensure the floral workstation remains clean and organized while managing flower stock efficiently.
• Assist walk-in customers in selecting flowers that match their wedding or event themes.
• Collaborate with the gift styling and packaging teams.
• Optionally, contribute to product styling for the showroom and social media.
