Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets, hampers, table arrangements, event floral styling, and gift sets according to brand standards Create new and creative floral designs Handle customer requests and orders via online and offline channels Manage flower sourcing, stock rotation, and inventory control Prepare flower orders for dispatch and coordinate with the delivery team Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the floral workspace Support festive campaigns and product launches

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in floral arrangement or retail floristry (preferred) Well versed in English (written and spoken) Good communication and teamwork skills Good knowledge of flower types, colour pairing, and bouquet design Strong attention to detail with high standards for quality Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work weekends and longer hours during peak seasons Willing to travel and work overseas when required Will be an advantage if has own vehicle
