Telemarketing with customer
Act as support team for Sales person
Attend to customer enquiries & problems
Communicate and reporting of customer's shipment status.
To ensure that all daily transportation and shipments are scheduled to
customers' needs
To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to
requirements
Prepare customer invoice for closed job task.
Monitor enquiries from customer or agent has been responded
promptly and acted accordingly.
Communicate and build good rapport and relationship with customers,
agents, shipping liner and co-loaders.
Ad-hoc assignments delegated by superiors.
Qualification Requirement:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills between company and customers
Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
Full-Time positions available.
Must have initiative and be able to work independently.
Knowledge in freight forwarding industry is an added advantage.
